💙 Sometimes all it takes is a moment of bravery to completely change your life.

 

➡️ Here are the details:

 

• Tuesdays & Thursdays 9:30 AM (daycare available!)

• Mondays & Wednesdays 6:00 AM (taught by my incredible trainers)

• $20 drop in or $96 for an 8 class punch pass 

 

• We do the same workout for the week, then the workouts switch weekly. They are specific muscle group focused, and there is NO cardio or HIIT. 

It’s relatively slow paced. 

 

• Wear comfortable workout clothes, FLAT SOLED SHOES if you have them, and bring water. 

 

• If you have a belt or wrist straps, bring them. I have them available as well if needed. 

 

• Men are welcome too! My dad and brother are there every week, along with a couple others. My classes are predominantly women though.

• Everyone is nervous the first time! We were all beginners and most all the regulars had never lifted weights before my class. Because of that, they are so KIND and understanding of everyone walking in the door. I might be biased, but the most incredible people come to my classes!

"My name is Colleen Izatt, and I'm Amy's mom.  I’m 65 years old and started attending Amy’s strength training class consistently a couple of years ago. I can tell you it has made a huge difference in my life.  The girls in the class affectionately call  me “Mama C” and I love it!!
Although I’m a biker, and have done many century (100) mile bike rides, this strength training class has improved my body in so many ways. I feel like a younger version of myself. Firmer, tighter.
My shoulder and neck pain, probably caused by long bike rides has improved dramatically as I have strengthened the muscles in that area. My back and legs are stronger as well, making my traditional birthday bike ride, 65 miles, a piece of cake. 
Also, I have a large garden and a flock of chickens. The chores of digging, bending, lifting and carrying those 50 lbs of feed is so much easier.
Just recently, I got back the results of a bone density scan and the good news is that I’m safely in the low risk category for osteoporosis. I had a doctor tell me, I don’t know what you’re doing, but keep it up.
The best part—as a grandma, I can play and do things with my grandkids. Life doesn’t get much better than that."
